Method

A way to improve your well-being
How ?

I offer a range of three different approaches of support  :
    Psychological advice and orientation
    Coaching
    Therapy

We will choose together the most adapted one according to your needs -as individuals or couples-,
your situation and your goals.

My Method

In the confidential environment of my practice, I offer to accompany you in your process.

My positive active listening (and neutrality during couples sessions), whilst respecting your pace, will enable us to :
  • clarify your needs and goals
  • develop possible solutions
  • discover paths of implementation
Open communication can generate trust and understanding. There is « no right or wrong ».
Experiencing the freedom of being yourself, coupled with the liberation of being able to express your thoughts and feelings contributes to the feeling of moving forward on your personal path.

And, I believe that well-being can be achieved through changing our perspectives and widening our horizons. As a result, we can be more open to possibilities and the prospect of a more positive future.

We will particularly focus on your resources.

I will use "systemic" methods, considering our interactive behaviour as “social-beings”; as well as methods originating from cognitive-behavioural therapies and humanistic dialogue therapies.

My holistic approach seeks to integrate our three dimensions: mind, heart and body.

Our sessions will combine rational and emotional approaches and body relaxation.
